1. Hoisting operation

Before digging, choose a flat and stable standing platform for the excavator to stand firm. When hoisting, try to choose a special hoisting device, choose a high-strength hook and wire rope; the length of the wire rope should be appropriate to prevent the hanging object from swinging too much and difficult to accurately control.

2. Crushing operation

Before the crushing operation, the breaker should be placed vertically on the object to be crushed, and the steel rod is always pressed on the crushed object during crushing. The crushing operation should be stopped immediately after the crushed object is crushed, and empty hitting is strictly prohibited.
The breaker should not continue to break at one point for more than one minute. If it does not break for a long time, it should be broken at another point. For hard objects, you should start from the edge to break through. In the process of crushing, it is strictly prohibited to use the breaker as a chisel and crowbar.

3. Stonework
The excavator's bucket and boom wear the most during stone work. When excavating, select the place where the rock is relatively broken and shovel, and adjust the angle of the bucket according to the direction of the crack of the rock to ensure that the bucket can be shoveled into the rock smoothly. For large unbroken rocks, you should break them first before digging with a bucket. Avoid using the bucket as a hammer and crowbar.

4. Loading operation
The loading operations of excavators are divided into three working conditions: level loading, high platform loading and lowland loading. Although different operating conditions have different operation methods, they still share some skills.
First of all, no matter what kind of loading posture, the excavator must be parked in a horizontal and stable position, and the body and the truck must be kept at a proper distance. When loading the vehicle, control the angle of rotation, and try to move the arm and the bucket as little as possible. In order to protect the safety of the dump truck, sand and gravel should be loaded when loading the truck, and large stones should be placed when the bottom of the truck is covered with a layer, so as to reduce the impact on the truck box.

5. Slope leveling operations
When the slope is leveled, firstly find a working platform for the excavator. If conditions permit, use lime to mark the excavator's walking track and the edge position of the slope. It is necessary to maintain patience during the operation, grasp the coordination between the boom and the stick, and control the speed of the two to trim a smooth slope.

6. Soft, water operation

When the excavator is working in soft areas or in water, it is necessary to explore the softness of the soil in advance, pay attention to the excavation range of the bucket, and prevent excessive collapse of the car body.
When working in water, the water surface should be kept below the center of the sprocket wheel. If the water surface is too high, the blades of the engine will be damaged by the water, and the electrical components and the slewing support will also be damaged by water.

7. Walking work

When the excavator needs to travel long distances, various working devices should be put away as far as possible to maintain the stability of the upper body of the excavator. Avoid obstacles as much as possible when walking, and always use the boom to support the chassis when crossing the mound to prevent the body from overturning.
When walking uphill, the driving wheel should be placed behind to increase the adhesion of the ground-touching track. When walking downhill, the driving wheel should be placed in front, and the upper crawler belt should be tightened to prevent uncontrollable sliding forward when downhill. If you need to stop on a slope, insert the bucket into the ground after parking, and put a stop under the track.
